Our Executive Team

Robert C. Johnson, President and CEO

Robert is a seasoned executive and has started or invested in several software companies during his career. Prior to co-founding Muroc Systems, he was the CEO and majority owner of Sundance Digital. Sundance provided large scale automation systems to television and cable operators around the globe, and was sold to Avid Technology (NASDAQ:AVID) in 2006. World class customer support has been a defining characteristic of every company Robert has been involved with, and that passion led directly to the creation of TeamSupport.com.

Eric Harrington, COO

Eric is a proven customer support and product manager, having led highly successful teams over the years. Prior to co-founding Muroc Systems, he has held managing director roles in customer service and support. Eric has successfully led a number of business initiatives that include developing technology solutions and bringing them to market, designing front and back office operations and managing day-to-day business, sales and support operations. Eric is a former U.S. Marine and spent much of his career developing IT advancements at Camp Pendleton, CA.

Kevin Jones, CTO

As CTO, Kevin leads the company's engineering/development functions. Prior to Muroc Systems, Kevin served as Senior Development Manager for Avid Technologies broadcast automation products where he and his team were responsible for developing cutting edge technologies for broadcast facilities around the globe. He has in depth experience in writing mission critical software solutions in a 24/7 environment. Kevin's extensive background includes deep knowledge of software architecture, design, product development and engineering.

Kevin is also our resident "Aggie" having earned his degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M university. He resides in the DFW area with his wife and children.
